This dealership is the place to go if you are in the market for a Maserati. The sales team is professional, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. I however, believe that the real test of a dealership is the Service Department. As an Executive Assistant who is responsible for scheduling service, booking the loaner vehicle, following up on the status of the repairs, and approving payment it is imperative that I get the answers I need without drama. I can honestly say that Ted Contoleon, Service Manager is by far the best SM I have ever worked with. Ted is a true professional who you can see truly cares about his clients. He responds to all inquires quickly and offers solutions to any issues that may arise. He even gave me his cell number without hesitation. I am able to text him making my job a lot easier. Ted's staff is equally as professional always greeting and treating my boss with respect. I am very satisfied with the service we have been provided and I highly recommend Maserati of Bergen County for all of your Maserati purchases and service. The tire was a safety issue and needed to be taken care of right away. Ted understood the issue, and jumped right into action. He was able to accommodate my boss with a loaner and activate his tire warranty immediately. The vehicle was back in 3 days. Ted and his team have a sense of urgency, and respect for the situation and my boss as a client. I'm always extremely happy with the service that Ted and the team provide me and my boss! Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Slimy operation that cares more about pushing cars then customer satisfaction. I test drove a car, and sat in their show room for 5 hours to learn they sold the car to the family that showed up 4 hours after me, while I was mid negotiation. Would never recommend anyone to this dealership.
What is there to say? SO MANY GOOD THING. The service department in particular did an excellent job resolving my issue, which was a defect causing a coolant leak. The shop foreman Jose did an excellent job explaining the issue and his team of certified technicians repaired the issue the same day WHILE PROVIDING A LOANER AND A CAR WASH. Suzan kept me informed of the status of my repair as the day proceeded and Ted did a great job dealing with managing the warranty procedure with Maserati Corporate. They even performed software updates and recalls while my vehicle was in for service so I wouldn't have to set up another schedule and waste my time. I am DEFINITELY a LIFETIME CUSTOMER. I want to thank the service department for all their help. Ted contoleon and suzy pelc were awesome and made a nightmare of a problem with a car into a very pleasurable day and took care of my problems with my Maserati. On top of it, they went over and beyond to make me a happy and satisfied customer and not only I would buy another Maserati but I would buy it from the Maserati of Bergen county dealer.
