I must say I was impressed with the level of service and overall experience by the entire staff at Maserati Bergen but especially Felicia and Ted. I have been to other dealers for service of all of my cars but the level of personal care and attention here is simply great. I wanted to point this out and really encourage other service professionals at other dealerships to take a cue from these guys. I have used their services twice and both experiences were exceptional. The first service found me with a suspension light on. I called Felicia and she warmly welcomed me in. I was clearly concerned and explained this to Ted. Without hesitation he said its the sensor on one of the wheels and now we just have to find which one of the 4 wheels it is. He immediately and clearly put my mind at ease because I was immediately thinking the worst. When I asked how he knew he confidently responded, because he has seen these situations before and this sometimes happens. To someone who has never owned this level of machinery, his level of knowledge and experience was really reassuring. Sure enough that's what it was and it was repaired the same day while I waited. They clearly accommodated me knowing I was coming from many many miles away. Now I should say that I went to another dealer in the tri state area for this problem about a week before visiting Ted and Felicia and i was disappointed with the level of attention I received. Essentially that dealer wanted to go on a fishing expedition to explore the nature of the problem. I wasn't encouraged. I then even called a local dealer who was 4 miles from me and heard the exact same nonsense. On my second visit just recently, I was scheduled for service with a loaner. And what an incredible loaner it was. It was basically a 4 door super car that I was frankly sad to return after my service. This service was much more complicated and took several days to complete. Once again I was impressed by the level of interaction and quality of the service result. The service techs found several issues and repaired the needed items once the parts had arrived. I was called to come and pick up the car and it was prepared, cleaned, washed and ready for me even after hours as I had to arrive late after work. I would whole heartedly recommend this dealership and more specifically Felicia and Ted because they are really extremely good at what they do. Generally the product is only as good as the service. In this case the service makes the product shine and makes it that much more appealing and enticing. Thanks for your care and attention.
I love the team at Maserati of Bergen County. Always attentive, courteous and their service team is very knowledgeable. Good customer service is no longer about a smile at the front door, it is about taking care of A to Z, and they got it!
