This dealership feels like a giant scam. The price on their website is nothing at all like their actual prices. There are lots of hidden fees. Once you buy from them, they stop all communication. Just trying to get my license plates back from them has been a multi week ordeal. I will never buy from them again.
I have to say I expected a highline experience going to a Maserati dealership. What I got was a shady Usedcar lot sales experience like I was buying a used car from a dealership on Rt46. Bogus fees in the amount of $5000 on top of the asking price which was not disclosed until I drilled down and asked for an itemized price. My dad recommended this spot, saying they’re honest and actually take care of people, so I went in. Rather than show the total price of the vehicle for the first offer, they only showed the monthly payment, likely hoping I would be uninformed and not blink at the high monthly that made no sense given the list price of the car. Phone calls routinely go unanswered. When they are answered, I am consistently told that Anthony is on break, Tim is on break, or Robert (the General Manager) is off—every single time. Messages are taken, promises are made, and no one ever follows up.

Beware of this business. Salesmen who lie, a service department that should not be allowed anywhere NEAR high-end vehicles, a backoffice unable to process new license plates on time and 'reconditioning fees' added to the price of the vehicle. The place is a nightmare.
They truly went above and beyond to make this purchase possible. This is the third vehicle I’ve bought from them, and I’ll always come back for future purchases. Adolfo was genuinely concerned and supportive. Fantastic experience all around!

The stench of a bad purchasing experience lingers long after the purchase of a high end used car that these people pass through their books.
